gut theory.

Our theory

Gut care for
real life.

A habit that fits your life.

We believe gut care should be easy to trust, simple to keep and made for real food and real days.

A product made to fit real life.

As a psychologist, I know the gap between knowing what is good for us and doing it every day. A habit is easier to keep when it feels simple, enjoyable and easy to fit into real life.

I was taking probiotics, fibre and digestive enzymes separately, but keeping up with several products was hard. I wanted one daily formula that made the routine simpler.

That thinking shaped The Daily Buffer™. I spent two years working with nutritionists and food scientists, choosing ingredients with human research behind them and bringing them into one daily formula. Every ingredient needed a clear role. Every active amount needed to be shown.

It also had to be easy to live with: bright in taste, ready in under a minute and simple enough for every day.

“Gut Theory began with one simple belief: you should be able to support your gut and still enjoy bakeries, lunches out, travel and the foods you love.”

What we believe

More life.
Less gut admin.

We take the formula seriously so taking it can stay simple. One clear daily step for people who want to care for their gut without making gut care their whole life.

01

Ordinary, not obsessive.

A daily habit should fit around life. It should not make every meal feel like a test.

02

Clear, not vague.

We show every active amount, name every probiotic strain and link the research—without vague claims.

03

Positive, not perfect.

Looking after your health does not require perfection. Small, consistent habits can fit around real life.
