Your rights when you buy

Australian Consumer Law rights apply to purchases and cannot be removed by a store policy. Where a product fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a replacement or refund, depending on the problem. Read the ACCC guidance.

Product return instructions and any additional change-of-mind offer will be set out when ordering opens. This First Access page does not promise a trial period or money-back guarantee, and does not limit your statutory rights.
